Management of city properties and long-term letting

Advertising of the property and providing of tenants;
Concluding of tenancy agreement on behalf of the owner;
Control on the use of the property by the tenant;
Collecting of monthly rent and payment to the owner;
Payment of public-utility bills or controlling of bill payment by the tenant;
Submitting of annual tax returns and payment of taxes;
Keeping of accurate reports on the income and costs and reporting to the owner;
