Owners’ book – a mandatory element for every common property

In each building or entrance in a common property regime, a specific Owners’ book must be kept. It will contain the full name of the owner, his household members’ and inhabitants, and the independent object and initial date of habitation. Entry must be made within 15 days of acquiring property rights, and for the inhabitants – in 15 days after the initial date of habitation. There is a supplement to the Owners’ book, in which each owner or inhabitant enlists animals that they own or raise (Article 7, Common Property Management Act).
